Chromachemie Laboratory Private Limited is a science based organization conceptualized to cater to the growing analytical and regulatory requirement of the Manufacturing Industries and to provide solutions to the new challenges in separations and purifications faced in the Manufacturing and Research Institutions worldwide.

Our product range extends from providing well-respected pharmacopeia and non-pharmacopeia reference standards, products such as vials and columns and impurity standards. We handle complex computational chemistry with in-house expertise and technical knowledge, offering consultancy that helps customers address drug safety, meet regulatory compliances and develop manufacturing methods for drugs.

  1. Chromachemie is a single source for all regulatory and analytical needs. We have access to the highest quality global suppliers and able to procure hard to source materials.
  2. We have an extensive catalogue of materials that includes reference standards, ATCC products and CIL products, biological solvents, consumables.
  3. We have a vast network of field representatives all over India, who are on hand to advise and troubleshoot early and effectively.
  4. We supply to Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, MENA region, and some European nations, complying with the local laws, ensuring through process and documentation and special handling requirements.
  5. Chromachemie has acquired knowledge of customs and import duties, and familiarity with rules around DSIR (Department of Science and Industrial Research), SEZ (Special Economic Zones), EOU (Export Oriented Units) and other recognized imports facilities. This allows us to ensure that there are no hold ups or delays in your deliveries. In fact, because of our extensive inventory and network of partners, we have delivered on urgent requests, doorstep deliveries and out of turn supplies.

History

Chromachemie was the first to bring in the concept of benchmarking quality against global and universal reference standards in India. We introduced European, British and US pharmacopeia reference standards to pharma companies in India in the mid-1990s

Over the years, Chromachemie has built an unmatched set-up that brings together the best minds in synthetic and computational chemistry, an extensive collection of cutting-edge laboratory equipment, and a vast repository of knowledge gained over the years.

Improving Global Health

  1. Chromachemie is a global leader in supplying reference standards, global isotope materials and impurity standards.
  2. We played a strong role in raising the Indian pharmaceutical industry to global standards by introducing reference standards. This helped raise awareness and standardize quality, which brought Indian pharmaceutical production on par with global players.
  3. Introducing and supplying reference standards changed existing perception of ‘low quality’ and ‘adulterated’ in Indian-manufactured drugs, making India a global player. This mindset shift nurtured a multi-million dollar generics industry in India. India has the highest number of US FDA approved units outside of the USA.
  4. We supply reference standards to 90% of pharma industry in India, and to other industries including agriculture, metallurgy, and for various applications such as clinical research, diagnostics, labs, research institutes, government labs, forensics, F&B.
  5. We are the pioneer in quality – Chromachemie introduced the concept of standardized quality through international reference standards, and raised the level of quality for Indian pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  6. International pharmacopeias, and global regulators such as USFDA, and European Directorate for Quality of Medicine have placed trust in us and back us up to facilitate customers.

CIL specializes in the process of labeling biochemical and organic compounds with highly enriched, stable (nonradioactive) isotopes of carbon, hydrogen, nitrogen and oxygen. Our chemists substitute common atoms (e.g., 1H, 12C, 14N, 16O) with rare, highly valued isotopes (e.g., 2H or D, 13C, 15N, 18O) so that the final product can be readily measured or traced using mass spectrometry (MS) or nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR).
